Sheps AKA Kristian Shepherd is a Mancunian creative and podcaster currently based in New York City. With over 10 years of experience across branding and packaging design, he has worked with globally recognized studios including Turner Duckworth, JKR, and Pearlfisher. He is also a D&AD Shift mentor, helping the next generation of creatives figure it all out.

Alongside his design career, Sheps is the host of What Does Your Mum Think, a podcast sharing honest conversations with a diverse range of creatives and cultural voices about the journey behind the success. Through both his work and platform, he’s passionate about storytelling that feels human, honest, and emotionally connected.

He’s deeply passionate about health and is a martial arts practitioner, using discipline and training as a way to stay grounded and keep his head straight while building both career and community. Alongside this, he’s obsessed with film and prop design, with a growing interest in storytelling through physical world-building and cinematic detail.
